I had heard of Pulkin Computer Services and their remote backup for several months before I finally decided to try it. A friend of mine lost everything in a computer crash, and this caused me to think about the last time I had backed up my own data. It had been months, and I knew one good electrical storm could be a nightmare. Signing on for remote backup has taken one very important task off my to-do list -- now it happens with no effort from me. This frees me up to do more of the things I do best for my own clients. As a graphic designer, the files I create are quite large and have often taken hours to create. With the remote back-up system from Pulkin Computer Services, I don't have anymore concerns about losing or corrupting files and having hours of work go down the drain. The service backs up my files every morning, and I do nothing! I can even work while the back-up is occurring in the background. I have found the service to be very economical. I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how pleased I've been with your service. You may recall, over the holidays I had a ton of house guests. My office is in my home and my sons, nieces and nephews all want to check their emails, or whatever. After the dust settled, nothing was working right and I was very fearful that I might have lost some very important data.
